Optimize WordPress update services Pinging with plugins Ping Optimizer
WordPress currently considered the best CMS not only because it has many features, but because it is supported also by the amount of support from developers and coders who continue to contribute to make the blog more popular in the community and easily understood. One very nice feature is recommended every time publish a new blog post to blog better known in search engines is the ping service.
This service is very useful to inform many people that you just do blog updates with new content. Each time you publish your new post, update service will send an XML-RPC Ping and this applies even when you edit a post and republishing the resulting changes that will be read all the people.
Although very helpful, kind republishing the service it certainly is not done repeatedly, because search engines will consider this spam because you’re constantly telling them the same post the URL many times without realizing. There are also other services like Feed Shark that allows you quickly to ping ping around 60 different services free of charge.

Another useful plugin is Cbnet Ping Optimizer is also doing similar work by disabling ping when you edit or update the re-posting. And two additional plugins This service can stop the problem getting banned due to its active Update Services. Good luck.
