Gmail backup online: Safer is better

Still few people who care to backup the contents of emails that consist of personal images, electronic banking records, or document work. 1. Backup via Gmail
The first and most obvious is through Gmail itself. How, to create a new account in Gmail that will backup your main account before. In the new account enter your email address from the main Gmail account that you want to backup under the menu Settings-> Accounts and Import-> Check mail using POP3-> Add POP 3 email account.

2. Backup Gmail to Hotmail
The second alternative is to copy the entire Gmail mailbox to another email provider, ie, Windows Live Hotmail with the help of TrueSwitch. This is a web-based email services that are specific to migration between the account and will copy all the emails and attachments from Gmail to your new address Hotmail. The process takes somewhat longer, especially if your Gmail inbox is relatively large, but you’ll get email notification as soon as the transfer process is complete.

3. Backup via Backupify
The third service is quite unique and is Backupify. They will backup your emails, including a folder or label so the message will terarsip automatically in the backup process. Messages are stored as EML files that can be viewed in Outlook or you can change it to MHT before you can read in broser IE.
