DNS servers are generally managed by the ISP you subscribe to, but now you can instruct your computer (or wireless router) to use Google’s DNS server ISP’s DNS server to replace. Google to ensure control of their hosted servers scattered diluruh world, and they use anycast routing to send the user data to the data center that is geographically closest to the convenience and speed when browsing.
