Blu-ray discs soaring to 128GB capacity
Blu-ray Disc Association has launched two new standards designed to improve the capacity and capability of Blu-ray discs.
BDXL new disc will have the ability to write (write once) with 100GB and 128GB capacity, which can be rewritten dick is able to store 100GB of information. This disc also has reached capacity with up to four layers of recordable, improve the quality and quantity of information stored.
BDXL disc was originally used to store the information business, but Blu-ray Disc Association, said they would prepare it for use by the consumer where the BD recorder can be used in general has.
